Quality Control

Motors used in our massage cushions are tested in QC lab All parts should be tested in QC house prior to production QC/Technical Support "All QC inspections are conducted in-house. Our QC inspectors are trained extensively for three to six months on all our factory procedures to ensure total quality control. Our QC equipment include: Hi-pot equipment Grounding equipment Torque tester QC Staff Not Applicable Procedures/testing Details All QC procedures are according to strict AQL standards. Raw materials are inspected thoroughly before production begins. In production our inspectors in the end of each assembly line check the quality on-site. Random checking on finished products are conducted for added quality assurance. Finished products are packaged securely for final shipment. Furthermore, we manage the materials and production under ERP system from the beginning to the end, which ensures that each ODM/OEM order is well organized. Other Information During QC inspections, we check our products for current safety, noise pollution, impact resistance, packaging security, product structure and conduct lifecyle tests to ensure optimal performance.
